About Christine

I began my journey as a caregiver helping my grandparents years ago. I definitely understand how challenging finding quality help for you and/or your loved one can be from that experience. I worked in long term care facilities in Michigan until the pandemic then consciously chose to leave the clinical environment in order to help people in their homes. With 10+ years' experience, EXCELLENT references, and positive, compassionate professionalism, I'm always interested in new challenges. I am CPR/First Aid certified, a former CNA in Michigan, and have worked with both women and men. My skillset includes: Mechanical lift proficiency (Hoyer and Sit-to-Stand, slide boards), catheter care (Foley, suprapubic, condom), colostomy/ostomy care and I have experience with dementia situations. In that regard, I am an avid 'embracer' of Teepa Snow's caregiving techniques. Finally, I am a Christian and consider what I do to be part of my ministry.
