We found a total of 3 serious people on care.com, one a semi-retired RN, one a PA from overseas whose credentials aren't valid in the USA, and China. (We also found a huge pile of flakes...) China is a joy! She shows up on time, takes care of things that need to be done without being asked, and has a wonderful personality on top of it. We now have an hhc service and she's as good as the best person that they have sent to the house. So what are the flaws in this gem? The main one is that she has several long term clients that limit her hours. The only other odd thing that we discovered is that she is afraid of deer (Yes, afraid of Bambi!) so if you run a game preserve you may have to look elsewhere and it's your loss.
