About Centralia

Hello there! With 5 years of experience working with seniors I believe I can be a great addition to your family. To give you a better idea of my background, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and worked as a Transition of Care specialist assisting with placement of rehab facilities, and Skilled Nursing. I am certified in Home Health, with BLS, and CPR card. With my extensive experience, I can assist with a wide range of ADLs, including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, medication management, appointments and follow ups, companionship and mobility. In addition, ensuring that patients receive appropriate nutrition can include shopping for groceries or preparing healthy meals. I also have experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients.
