Celia is a wonderful, mature, professionally trained A number ONE Caregiver. I have nothing but good things to say about her. You cannot go wrong hiring this woman. Through no fault of her own (my Mom is going into a nursing facility), she has not been employed with us very long but long enough to see what good help she is.
