When service is exceptional, it warrants praise. Cecilia is a very special person. She was the primary caregiver in charge of caring for my grandmother. My grandmothers prognosis was only days to weeks to live. She was propelled into hospice care and Cecilia came to us in the final two weeks of my grandmothers life. She was a godsend, keeping family afloat in a sea of sadness. Her professionalism, experience, and gentle manner, along with her commitment to make my grandmothers final days the best possible - with both dignity and comfort - made her a true blessing.
