Bertha (Cecy) was a huge help w my elderly mom when she was released from the hospital after a heart procedure which negatively impacted my mother's dementia. My mom also has hearing loss and is multiple eye diseases which makes things more challenging. Cecy was extremely kind, thoughtful, and resourceful in helping my mother and the family. Her patience. the way she assisted and occupied my mom were really appreciated. Cecy suggested ways to prepare and get things done. She helped my mom get dressed, prepped and fed her and light pick up. Always on time and planned ahead plus communicated regularly w all of us. I would highly recommend Cecy. She has a diverse background that supports why she is helpful, caring and knowledgeable!
