"Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional!" (Walt Disney) When we can find a little fun, joy, and laughter in our daily existence, we stay young at heart. I would like to be of service by providing companionship, mobility assistance, transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for your loved one, which I performed for my mother for about 10 years. I also cared for an older client when I lived in Arizona. My background is that I have worked in fitness/medical settings as well as education. I hold a personal trainer certification from NASM, with additional certificates in senior fitness and nutrition. My CPR/First Aid certificate is current. My COVID vaccinations are up to date. I have a clean driving record. I am looking for a full-time position M-Fs. I look forward to hearing from you and learning how I might support your loved one.
