Carol is a gem! I had the absolute pleasure of watching her interact on an almost daily basis with my mother and the other residents of a memory care facility. Carol is a compassionate, creative, hands-on professional. She provides and modifies safe social, creative and cognitive activities for the residents, all of whom have different abilities. She gently encourages participation and is a “cheerleader” for all. My mother and the residents adored her.
