About Caroline

I am a natural caregiver who values my time with others. I've spent the last 6 years as the coaching director for a company who coaches diabetics how to change their diet and lifestyle to improve quality of life. I loved this job as it allowed me to connect and help others daily. I've raised 4 kids (2 still in high school) and have been married for 23 years. I've spent a few years doing meals on wheels, an extremely rewarding experience. My husband and I also invited my grandma to live with us for 7 years. In college I worked in a urologist's office. All of these experiences have reinforced my desire to help where needed, learn from those with more life experience than me, and seek for opportunities to connect. My favorite pastimes are working in my garden, watching my husband and kids ride horses, and working together around our little farm.
