Carmel B. is providing in-home support for an 85-year female with mobility difficulties and associated light housekeeping needs. She has done so for several weeks. Carmela B's support is superb in every way. She always arrives on time. She is cheerful, energetic, experienced, well-trained, and completely trustworthy. She looks things over, and immediately steps in to provide whatever support is needed--breakfast, light housekeeping, companionship, oversight while driving about the community for errands, and now, while the 85-year-old drives a 4 x 2 John Deere Gator around a 120 farm. Very notable is Carmel B's very firm direction for professionally prescribed exercise. This oversight has resulted in notable physical progress. My best move always is to get out of the way. Obviously, I would hire Carmel B., again, in a heartbeat. Don't try to lure her away.
