I am a Pediatric and adult Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), NASM certified personal trainer with Pilates training, and a mom of 4! I have a 5-year-old with CP (so plenty of experience with CP!), as well as a 4 y/o, 2 y/o, and a 2-month-old! Along with hanging out with my family, I enjoy horseback riding (I've had my horse for 18 years!), hiking, playing guitar and piano, traveling, reading, going to concerts and the list goes on!
