Since March of 2023 I have been a full time aide for an 89-year-old woman with dementia. She is on hospice I help with housekeeping, meals, medicine, and keeping her comfortable. I have been working with her about 75-80 hours a week as she has slowly declined. I am comfortable with bed baths and brief changes/bathroom assistance anything the job may require. She is progressing extremely in her decline. Her nurses estimate her to pass within the next week or two unfortunately, so I am looking for something to transition into.
