About Buffy

I have enjoyed more than 5 years working with Seniors needing one on one care. Most recently, I cared for a gentleman suffering from end stage liver failure. I have prior experience caring for stroke patients, dementia and alzheimer patients. Duties included: feeding, bathing, personal hygiene (brushing hair and teeth), cooking, light housework, bathroom help (changing adult diapers), reading, writing letters, shopping, and taking the client to appointments. I am loving and patient. I enjoy getting to know my clients and making them comfortable. I understand the difficulties and frustrations that can upset clients. I encourage and engage them with activities or conversations that they find interesting. I believe every should feel valued and loved in a safe and healthy environment.
