25 years CNA experience, 1 year administrator experience, 8 years transcription experience. I enjoy interacting with seniors and honor them. I want to help them to make their golden years memorable and full of laughter and healthy living. I respect the process of transition from this world to the next and want to offer my love and care to the terminally ill and their families. I focus on the patient, and adapt my care giving to their needs and desires. I get the job done, but I don't impose on their desires. I am creative with those that are confused by health-related issues, and use the family to convince the patient of the need for care. I recognize when I am not the right person for the task and seek help. I work with integrity and thoroughness but still find time to be communicative and relaxed. I have a clean driving and criminal background record.
