I have been a paid caregiver for almost six years. Ive worked with people with mobility issues, whether a walker, cane or wheelchair. I can do transfers quite easily. Duties included bathing and hygiene including peri care, preparing meals, doing laundry, light housekeeping and cooking. Would also take shopping and to appointments including Dr. Experience with Hoyer lifts and oxygen tanks. Responsible for medication including insulin injections. I have experience working with the elderly and Alzheimer s and Dementia patients. My previous employer has run an extensive background check and is available for references.
