Presently I am doing home care. For the last 10 yrs I have worked in a residential setting with hospice patients including home visits. A wide range of duties included; medication administration , personal care, family and patient support, patient safety and wellbeing. Have worked with many different groups of people with different disease processes including Alzheimer's, ALS, cancer, wheel chair bound residents.
