Starting as a candy stripper in high school volunteering at the local hospital for three years was just the beginning for me with caretaking. I took a job for three years during college caring for a woman in her late 70s who had arthritis in her feet and needed care to walk, bathe and dress. I worked every weekend part time. My position stopped with her once the family decided she needed additional care and put her into a assisted living facility. I then took a job helping another woman every other weekend with meal prep and companionship as she was bedridden. I have cared for numerous people over the years and have the patience needed and understanding. I feel that my past skills will allow me to get the job done and be a good friend and conscientious caregiver to your love ones.

Beth helped me twice a week with my mom who has dementia. I was looking for someone to help with basic needs, helping get dressed, brushing teeth, getting her lunch, etc. but also to give companionship as my husband and I both work full time. Beth was wonderful with my mom- she took a genuine interest in her and would take her for walks or field trips to local areas. My mom looked forward to seeing Beth each week. Unfortunately my mom reached a point where she needed 24/7 care and so is now in a memory care home. Beth was so supportive to me and my mom during this difficult transition and even went to visit my mom at her new place. Beth is a reliable, flexible, compassionate, and caring, person who I would highly recommend. Thank you Beth for all you did for us!
