About Bethany

Experience with end of life, Alzheimers care, and individuals with special needs. I worked as a wellness coach, and am familiar with HIPPA, and value the privacy of those I serve. I aided in the care of my grandparents, although it wasn't a paying job, the experience, nonetheless, was priceless. Housekeeping, meals, running errands, and lending my ear, and bringing a smile to those I have cared for, are things I bring to the table. I live with integrity, humility, and honesty, and I offer this to others. As a wellness coach, and my education, I know how vital our mental and emotional health is, and I be an advocate for your loved one. I have paid experience helping others with grief, anxiety, as well as stress reduction, life balance, and mindfulness. I believe in caring for the whole person, and my experience caring for my grandparents, combined with Wellness Coaching have allowed me to provide a well rounded, comprehensive, and balanced approach, tailored to your specific needs.
