I am so happy that I hired Bernalissa to care for my father who lived with us in our home. We all bonded with her, and she will be greatly missed now that dad is gone. She also did light housekeeping and cooking. (Excellent food!). She has a great personality, completes tasks asked of her, and always does it with a smile. Bernalissa's care was always respectful, and no matter if it was showering or toileting she performed it so it left Dad his dignity. We appreciated her positive attitude on the responsibilities of her work-she'd ensure her client is clean, she'd maintain his clean shaven face, and never got frustrated answering the same questions repeatedly. She was an amazing support for the whole family. On the day Dad passed, she spent time not only caring for Dad, but emotionally was helping us get through the sad experience. I would highly recommend Bernalissa. She worked for us for 13 months. My father had Alzheimer's.
