We will start by saying the Barbara care for our father far beyond any expectations we were expecting!!We recently had the privilege of witnessing the incredible dedication, compassion and love that she provided for our father whom was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. From the moment we met her she had a wonderful caring smile and loving demeanor which put our family at ease. Her training as a certified nursing assistant was evident as she meticulously and gently cared for our fathers medical needs. What set her apart was her ability to connect with our father. He always had a smile when Barbara was there to help. Barbara also connected with our mother. She took the time to personally get to know our family, listen, and offering words of encouragement especially when tensions due to the illness were not ideal. She offered emotional support to all when needed.Barbara was very empathetic and kind throughout the challenging situation. Her dedication to her profession and genuine care for our father and family was truly inspiring to all of us. Even to the very end, she took the time to attend our father's funeral 40 minutes away from her home. In our family we have two doctors and we both can say that Barbara is a shining example of what a health care professional should be. She made an impact on all of our lives through her kindness, abilities, and genuine care. G. Family
