About Ashley

Hi there! I got my certified geriatric nursing assistant certification in 2007. I worked at citizens health & rehab for 5 years before moving to the rehabilitation department. I worked on the rehab unit for 4 years. During my time on the units, I provided rehabilitation, everyday life tasks, hospice care & after the end of life care. I also have experience helping the mentally challenged with their needs. After this, I moved on to home healthcare, where I provided care for a husband and wife for 3 years. I then went to work at union hospital as a nursing assistant on the labor & delivery floors. Here, I assisted doctors with deliveries, helped care for infants & mothers after birth, and did newborn tests. I have since opened my own family daycare so that I could be home. with my children until my youngest made it into school. And that's where we are! My youngest has entered school & I am looking for a part time position during the school day.
