I am a compassionate, kind, reliable and patient caregiver with more than 20 years of experience working with clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, Parkinson's, heart diseases, kidney diseases, mobility issues, after-hospital/surgery care, palliative/hospice care and ADLs. I assist clients with - HYGIENE (such as bathing, grooming, dressing, dental hygiene, skin care/make up). MEALS (preparation, cooking, and feeding). BODY VITALS (checking and monitoring body vitals such as blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, oxygen level, etc.). MEDICATION MANAGEMENT (administering, sorting the medications, organizing the intakes, checking and refilling). APPOINTMENTS (setting up and attending medical appointments, updating the physician and family members). MOBILITY ASSISTANCE (help transfer in and out bed, chair, wheelchair and toilet). ACTIVITIES (daily exercises, stretches and activities). ERRANDS (shopping, errands and picking up meds). UPKEEP (light housekeeping and laundry).
