I have been in the healthcare field and certified since I was 18 years old and fell in love with geriatric care. I have 16 years of home care and long term care experience. Also experience in working with quadriplegic, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Will assist with exercises and medication reminders/administer medication. Not only will I assist with care but I will also assist with bathing/grooming, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, assist to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, etc. Other experience I have is wound care, blood sugar checks as well as administering insulin, and gtubes. CPR/first aid certified. I believe everyone has a calling in life when it comes to a job. Caring and helping with the elderly is mine. I love it. I strive to make the people I care for happy and comfortable and treat each individual just like my own family. I don't consider it a "job" because it's what I love to do
