About Anne

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and kind. I like caring for others because each day I make a positive impact in their life. I started doing so when I was a child - my younger sisters were the first babies/children I nannied. As I got older, my skills grew to include child development, and education. I'm a former teacher, too! my grandfather (brain tumor) was my first senior patient. While other teens only took care of young kids, I also took care of their elders. I've cared for patients with cancer, dementia, and grievous injuries as well. I've also had decades of animal care & handling: dogs & cats, as well as wildlife. I'm an avid reader, I love to hike with my dog, and spend time in my garden. One thing you should know about me is that caring for someone is not simply a job - it's part of who I am.
