About Anne

My grandparents lived with me for a couple of years before they died. During that time, I learned how to provide for their physical, as well as their emotional needs. Given how so few people gave them much attention, I learned the importance of not just being a physical help to them, but also of being someone who showed real care. While I lived with them, I performed jobs which included, helping with light housework, getting them to and from couches, running errands, or simply sitting and chatting. While I do not have years of professional experience, both my mother and aunt are registered nurses who specialize in dementia, and through them, have observed the skills needed to provide care to such individuals- being compassionate and caring while also parental and prudent. These are the tenants I hope to live by. I have all state criminal records. I am currently a homeschool mom to six children.
