About Anne

Hi, I have been in child care for many years and have sometimes helped the families I cared for with their elderly family members. This primarily meant keeping them company, preparing a meal, helping organize their daily routine. On a personal level I cared for both of my own parents. I cared for my dad through the end of his cancer which was very physical and a lot of medication. With my mom it was dementia which had it's own challenges. I know it can not be all one person when caring for our elderly loved ones as it can be exhausting. With my dad and mom I was blessed to have many hands and it was needed. I am happy to take them to appointments if needed, food shop, prepare meals, and any help with their daily routine. I have some college, a back ground in child care as well as I worked in the medical field as a surgical tech.
