I like caring for seniors because I have a passion to understand them due to having a father that has dementia and needs memory care and assistance for daily care, I'm very patient and understanding and have worked in this field for over 5 years and enjoy it. I'm looking for a job that, is rewarding and gives me the opportunity to work with people. I started caring for seniors when I realized it genuinely brought me a level of compassion and love and respect for the older generation that got us here in the beginning and I genuinely love the stories and history behind each person I interact with in this field.
