About Andrea

Hi! I used to work in customer service and marketing, but decided to be a stay at home mom after my son was born. I treasured every moment of it and quickly realized that I wanted my days to be filled with more purpose than I felt from my corporate 9 to 5 gig. My son (20 months old) and I began taking care of my mother in law in her home last year. We built such a special bond while I assisted in medication organization, light housekeeping, appointments, laundry, meal prep and practicing skills learned in speech, occupational and physical therapy. Sadly, she needs more extensive care than I am qualified to provide now. There is no doubt in my mind that I was meant to help people one on one. I've never felt more fulfilled than when I was caring for her. I am looking for part time, and an opportunity which will allow me to bring my son with me. He would make a wonderful playmate for a child, and is sure to put a smile on any adult's face.
