I love to help people. I believe that engaging in activities of interest are important to mental health so I am not the type of caregiver to just sit with someone without engaging unless they absolutely insist or have that need. Spending time with "mature" adults is always interesting. They have so much to offer and I have much kindness, compassion and companionship to offer in return. I am available to help with dressing, grooming, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, grocery shopping, transportation to medical or beauty appointments and companionship, just to name a few. Please ask if you require a service that I have not listed. Most likely, I can accommodate your needs. I'm here to help in any way I can.
