About Ana

Ana has been taking care of my grandparents for a year. She has become an extension of our family. She treats my family as she would her own. She is very dependable and very hardworking. Her responsibilities include health care management, coordinating doctors' appointments, refilling medications, patient advocate, transport, meal prep, basic hygiene and so much more. I cannot express in words how much of a help she has been for my family. She researches and takes my grandparents to social events that they are interested in. She has played a mediator when my grandparents have fought and bickered. Ana is very good at making calm decisions in emergency situations, on multiple occasions, she has been the person responsible(with our permission) for making decisions that directly affected my grandfather's health outcomes. She has gone above and beyond to make sure they are safe and happy. I know that when she is with my family there is no need to worry about their well being.
