We interviewed her via phone, scheduled a day to train, verified and scheduled her for 5 days through July 1st. The morning before training we reached out to share some info. Long story short, whenever we reached out thru text or Care.com to confirm and reschedule, we received very delayed responses. She eventually said she was ill, however, we saw she was online on Care.com several times during those same days. She did apologize for the delays and any inconvenience, but decided now to pass on this job because of her illness. Our concern is the lack of timely responses and initiation by her to update us so we could move forward. Hopefully she will remove her profile and availability until her health is good. Life happens and we are very understanding about changes when we are informed about them. We wish her well! Note- This site wouldn't let us leave this review unless we checked boxes about punctuality and dependability- really can't say since she didn't start.
