About Amy

I have a servant's heart, with a particular affinity for children, the elderly and animals. I have several years of experience as a case manager working with the chronically impaired elderly, as well as a mentor for adults with disabilities. I recently provided in-home care for over a year for an elderly woman struggling with dementia. Activities included personal care, errands, safety, house keeping, companionship and cooking. I have a letter of recommendation from her daughter. I also was Nutrition Coordinator for the Senior Lunch Program in Lafayette, CO in 2015, a preschool teacher for three years, kindergarten through 5th grade literacy teacher, and I have periodically tutored students in various grades.
