Caring for others is something I love to do! Having been a stay-at-home mom for my two children, my work background is limited. However, I am now seeking employment that will enable me to care for others outside my home. I believe that keeping minds active in a variety of ways is so important, whether it is through going on nature walks, reading, writing, making crafts, puzzles, games, etc. . . I watched my precious grandmother a number of years ago change slowly over time as she fell victim to Alzheimer's. While her ultimate fate was heartbreaking and unavoidable, I regret that she was in a facility rather than a more personal environment. I believe she may have thrived more and gotten some enjoyment in her last years. Mental stimulation in the golden years is key! CPR certified

Amy is very professional in her manner, but also kind and loving. She always makes me feel that she is interested in me and my well-being. Amy is someone who you could fully trust with a loved one who needs care, since she has the right combination of competence and good attitude that you look for in a caregiver. She is an absolute pleasure to be with. She comes to work cheerfully, greeting me with words to brighten my day. Hire Amy and you will look forward to her visits as much as I do! I want to add that I hired her initially in 2017 and just recently I had two operations that prevented me from walking after I was released. I contacted her and found that she was available. She has helped me with a variety of tasks that she hadn't before, such as fixing meals, transferring and toileting. My experience has been just like five years ago: she is always professional and has a good attitude. I couldn't ask for a better helper and companion.
