About Amelia

I am writing to share my recommendation for Amelia U. as a caring compassionate caregiver. I hired Amelia in August, 2022 to be a live-in caregiver for my wife Jody, who had Parkinson's Disease and PD Dementia. Amelia worked (5) 24-hour shifts, taking just a couple days off each week. While on duty, Amelia took very good care of Jody, including: feeding her several times a day with delicious nutritious meals; bringing her meds to her - which were several different meds and taken every 2 hours from 10 AM to 9 PM; helping her to dress and undress; helping her shower; cleaning her up whenever she had an "accident" (incontinence was a growing problem for Jody); and getting her outside to go for walks and get some fresh air and exercise. Through all of this, Amelia was always very pleasant and friendly, and very attentive and compassionate to Jody; Jody very quickly came to like and trust Amelia, and seemed very comfortable with her. I HIGHLY recommend you hire Amelia!
