About Amelia

Hello families! My name is Amelia and I am a married mom of two girls who currently attend college here in the Chicagoland area. We've lived here for over 20 years after moving from Italy back in 1999, where I learned how to speak the language and cook authentic Italian cuisine. Shortly after we moved to Illinois, I started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant where I had the privilege of helping adults and seniors in their homes and assisted living facilities. Every family I took care of increased my knowledge and understanding where I learned through experience the best way to care for different adults/seniors who live with different physical and mental conditions. My approach as a caregiver is that I care for them like they are my family. Every day, I show up and try my best as a caring, compassionate, and dependable person.
