About Amelia

Hello! My name is Amelia, and I'm looking to help give respite care to you and your family taking care of your loved one. I do have experience in this field personally. My mom has suffered from Frontal Temporal Brain Injury. There are many things she needs assistance with, and her memory has suffered as well. I've been her primary care giver for three years now. I help with meal preparation, memory and learning skills, dressing and transportation to appointments, helping to reassure her and keep her calm, medication management, and entertainment. I am CPR and First Aide certified. I really enjoy talking to elderly patients, learning about their lives, their loved ones, and their hobbies.
