About Amarilis

I clean, care for the elderly and children. I have a great ability to design menus, prepare healthy foods and prepare meals for large groups or families. People contact me to go to their homes to prepare the menu for the week and prepare delicious and healthy dishes for their weekly meetings. I have a BA in Advanced Nutrition and studying healthy cooking. I also have a community worker license from the state of Texas. I have worked in nursing homes and in caring for people who need special attention. I love being able to help people and be part of positive things. I am responsible, honest, dynamic and very orderly. I provide these services while studying English and taking care of my daughters. .
