Alysha worked with my wife Sharon for about 6 months. Some while she was in a nursing home and also assisted living and later at home. I really don't know how to say enough good thing about her. She is very capable of taking care of really sick people. She is understanding of issues. She is highly flexible and do whatever it takes. She helped us find other caregivers at times when she was unavailable. She managed drugs, talk to my wife when she was incoherent at times, assisted her in mobility, took us on doctors visits, she did everything we asked an more. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate her an 11. You cannot possible find a more capable, caring person then Alysha. You will not find a better person. You will grow to care for her so much that when the job is done you really feel adrift when she no longer is available. Yes, I would hire her.
