Alice was with my family for 2 years as we traversed and cared for a loved one with Dementia until the end. She came in as a companion to my loved one. My loved one due to her declining disease could be very challenging at times, as is not uncommon with this disease. Alice was always very caring. Keeping me informed of things needed, decline in health, etc. She was open to helping with new needs as they arose as the condition progressed. She is experienced with the awful disease of Dementia and knows to keep calm and take nothing personally. Alice and I were able to have a lovely relationship while we navigated health ups and downs of my loved ones journey. She is highly dependable and very trustworthy. My mental load was made easier knowing she was there to care and keep an eye on things and report back any concerns she had. I truly feel that anyone who brings Alice into the dynamic of companionship and care for your loved one will understand quickly that she is a treasure.
