Alexis and I had a great phone interview, and i hired her. The night before her start date, i texted her, and she stated she was having personal issues and was hoping to fix them before tomorrow morning. She was a no-show. I then texted her and asked if she would be able to come for the second half of the shift. She did not answer. The following day again, I texted and again no answer. I gave her a chance, and she let me down!
