Very disappointed! After speaking to Alba on the phone, we agreed to schedule a time for her to come to my residence for a housekeeping quote. A day prior to her scheduled appointment, she inquired about cleaning the same day if we agreed on the quote. However, when she learned that she wouldn't be hired to clean the same day she decided to be a NO SHOW for her appointment.
