I recommend not hiring this college student. She didn't show up the first day of work. She did not have the courtesy of calling or communicating with me that she wasn't coming to work or no longer interested after being hired. It left my loved one strained and without a care giver. She obviously did not care if my developmentally disable loved one had shift coverage. Hiring her would be a huge mistake. She's not dependable and it's apparent she doesn't care about her commitment or loyalty to a client in need.
