I have worked with Agnes caring for a Senior man (private caregiver) who had Parkinson's and at times it was extremely difficult to care for him. I watched how Agnes cared for this man with so much compassion, giving him complete attention. He would light up, every time Agnes would show up to take care of him. Sadly, he passed away and his family was so grateful for Agnes's special bond and excellent care that she was invited to his private memorial services. Agnes has the following qualities: Good communication skills will communicate with the senior in their care and with the family. Trustworthiness-she is able to build relationship of trust with patient and family Incredible patience complete attention and shows compassion Provides companion care and always treats the patient with respect. Great time management skills Has empathy Great amount of insight into how the person she cares for are doing day-to-day basis She has physical strength and stamina Lastly...she has the passion for the job and she is an incredible person to be around.
