There is only one way to describe Adela - She is a gift!!!! She is the sweetest, most compassionate hardworking and caring woman I have ever met. She is very personable, energetic and kind. From the moment you speak with her on the phone, you feel like she is a friend and someone who you know and can trust. My parents were very hesitant to accept nursing care of any kind and I have fought a battle for years to have help for them. They are extremely tough critics and my mom is the toughest patient of all - stroke survivor, diabetes, wounds and to top it off...very stubborn! It took the extra special touch of Adela to make my mom accept having care and now she not only accepts it, but looks forward to seeing her each day. Every day my parents continue to be amazed and wowed by Adela and all she does. She has brought sunshine, cheer and organization to a place that was chaotic and dismissal. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is truly an angel! We are so fortunate!
