About Aaron

I have worked primarily with seniors for the past 15 years. I have grown accustomed to the needs of older adults and will do things like keep the door opened long enough, talk loud enough, give them time to respond, drive responsibly and make sure to try and prevent falls. My background includes working as a Fitness Specialist and Manager of a local senior fitness center, private personal training in homes of senior clients and teaching senior group exercise classes. I have a BS in Exercise Science and have had many certificates and trainings over the years like Silver Sneakers, Arthritis Foundation, Personal Training, Yoga and Fall Prevention. The last 8 years I have also dedicated my time as a "domestic engineer" aka stay at home father. So I'm no stranger to running a vacuum, preparing meals and doing laundry. A few more things are I love history discussions, make people laugh, but don't tell jokes and sing and play the mandolin, banjo and fiddle to help pass the time. Thanks!
