Sierra has watched our 4.5 year old son a few times now and he really enjoys their time together. She's friendly, punctual and keeps our son engaged and playing. She's very clear about her availability and wage needs so there is no confusion. We have had some unexpected things pop up in our lives where we have had to change our schedules a bit with her and she has been very understanding and flexible. We hope to continue to have her watch our son occasionally throughout the year. She also does a great job of taking care of our 3 dogs which is a huge help!
