Shannon was truly a lifesaver! My cat was recently diagnosed diabetic weeks before a planned trip. She was eager to learn how to administer his medication, which she did with ease, leaving me to feel confident that he would be in great caring hands. Shannon was extremely punctual showing up on time every time. She was also super communicative making it easy for me to enjoy my trip without worry.
