About Sarah

Who I am: I am a former aquarist/zookeeper with many years of professional animal care experience. I attained my B. S. in Biology and Technical Writing in 2017 from the University of North Texas and recently completed a M. S. in Marine Science this past winter. My love for all things living and the environments they depend on, especially the ocean, are what keep my passions driving. At home I have an 11-year-old chihuahua, 3-year-old rescue cat, a red-eared slider, a freshwater tank, and the occasional foster hamster. I also enjoy plant-keeping and have attained over 75+ indoor tropical plants! What I do: I provide optimal care for your pets! Your puppy/kitty deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. You will love that I am careful and detailed when it comes to your animals, making sure that they are getting exactly what they need and reporting back any details.
