About Sabra

I'd describe my personality as reliable, direct, conscientious and interesting. I like working with animals as well as older people because animals are honest, trusting and have no agenda other than to please their owner. I'm looking for a job that makes a difference in someone's life. I need to feel that I am a help whether that's with an animal, a person or a student. In my spare time, I like to take care of my plants, garden outdoors, crochet, needlepoint, ceramics, bake, go to museums and the theater. I am very dependable and love working with older people. I took care of my mom who lived with me till she passed at 92. She had many health issues so I got plenty of on the job training. I am compassionate and caring as a companion and/or a caregiver. Experienced with diabetes care, wound care and medication prep, bathing, meal prep, and doing errands. I also volunteered in an assisted living center in the dementia ward so I can handle that as well.
