We Hired Ryan for a part-time Nanny Position with our Family. She interviewed well & when she met the boys she was very good with them. She was informed during the first interview of the hours I would need cause of my husband's & I schedule. We offered her the position & she accepted. Shortly after, due to the restrictions by our governor my scheduled changed. I would still need her but it wouldn't be as steady schedule until after the holidays. I kept apologizing & reassuring her that she would have a schedule as soon as I knew. I still even had her come on the day she was already scheduled cause my son was looking forward to her coming, even though I would still be home. I will say when she came that day, she brought crafts to do with my child. After that she started not replying timely to my texts. She made it very clear that she had better offers and was on longer interested in working with our family. She is not Dependable nor loyal to the families she works with.
